Swift childcare: Why we've delivered EPA through NCFE for years

by NCFE | Employee Benefits

In the ever-evolving landscape of education, the Early Years sector plays a crucial role in shaping the foundation of a child’s learning journey. Swift Childcare, in partnership with NCFE, has been at the forefront of revolutionising the training of future education professionals through an innovative apprenticeship program. With a commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored apprenticeships, they are equipping apprentices with the knowledge and skills necessary to create a vibrant and highly skilled workforce. As National Apprenticeship Week shines a spotlight on their exceptional efforts, we delve into their collaboration and its impact.

In this eBook, we hear from Jack Edwards, Academy Director at Swift Childcare, about his experience working with NCFE to deliver EPA for their apprenticeship programmes. Edwards explains why they chose to work with NCFE, how NCFE has supported and advised them throughout EPA, and how offering this apprenticeship standard has impacted their apprentices.

He also shares the experience of former apprentice Hannah Agnew, who completed both Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships with Swift Childcare and NCFE. Agnew says that her EPA experience was great and had lots of support from her tutors.
