HR tech providers join hands across geographies this week, as Cornerstone OnDemand acquire Clustree, LinkedIn Talent Hub partner with First Advantage, and more.

- Cornerstone OnDemand has acquired French technology company Clustree. Cornerstone plans to integrate the Clustree skills engine and skills ontology into the portfolio of products that make up Cornerstone’s People Development solution (via HR Technologist).
- LinkedIn Talent Hub has partnered with First Advantage, following a successful partnership with Talview. The partnership will focus on streamlining, screening and monitoring tools. First Advantage joins other providers, including EBI and Sterling, as Talent Hub partners (via HCM Technology Report).

- SJV Data Solutions has announced the release of the industry’s only real-time Continuous Criminal Monitoring solution. This platform helps CRAs and their clients reduce workforce risk and provide a safer environment for the employer, its employees, and its customers (via Benzinga).
- WorkForce Software has announced the launch of a user experience in the cloud. The service is available via the company’s integrated WorkForce Suite, and is comprised of time and attendance, forecasting and scheduling, absence management, and analytics modules (via Yahoo! Finance).
- Hiretual has announced the launch of its Healthcare and IT/Tech AI Solutions. The features, which are the first-ever AI solutions created to overcome barriers in healthcare and technology recruitment, are available on the Hiretual platform (via HR Technologist).
